The apartment is located in one of the central streets of Montecarlo and enjoys a beautiful and exclusive view of the sea. The project was born from the fusion of two real estate units and the common areas for a total of about 200 square meters. Through the design of the interior spaces, the narrow and long plan was enhanced to create a telescope on the sea and obtain three large bedrooms with private bathroom, an open living area and a part of services including laundry, guest bathroom and closets.
