Renovation of a villa on the French Riviera. The project wanted to maintain a retro look while respecting the pre-existing features and the style of the place. The original structure was maintained and a volume was added to the back. The internal distribution was completely redesigned: on the garden floor there is the secondary entrance, the pool house, the laundry room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms; on the second floor there is the living room, the kitchen, the dining area, the guest bathroom and the master suite consisting of a bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom. The total surface area measures approximately 260 square meters to which are added several terraces and a large garden.
